
We really like urda cakes. The other day I got some fresh urda. We ate to our heart's content, but we also prepared a delicious cake. I invite you to try it too.
Ingredients:

Brown composition:
5 eggs
150 g sugar
100 ml oil
200 ml of milk
400 g of flour
30 g cocoa
3/4 sachet baking powder
Cheese composition:
500 g urda
3 eggs
100 g powdered sugar
3 tablespoons flour
vanilla essence
compote peaches
Method of preparation:
For the dough, mix the eggs with a pinch of salt and ground sugar until they double in volume.

Add oil and milk and mix. Add the sifted flour with cocoa and three quarters of the sachet of baking powder and mix gently with a wooden spoon .



For the cheese composition, mix the urda, the eggs, the vanilla essence and the ground sugar (using a vertical mixer) until a fine cream is obtained. Then add the flour and mix well.


In a tray (25x35cm) lined with baking paper, pour the dough (keep a few tablespoons of dough) , then the cheese composition and mix lightly with a fork, for the marbled appearance.



Distribute the fruit

and add the remaining dough and mix lightly with the cream cheese

and place the tray in the oven heated to 180 degrees C and leave for 35-40 minutes, until it passes the toothpick test.

Allow to cool slightly and cut.
