I invite you to try a quick and delicious muffin recipe.
100 g sugar
200 g yogurt with berries
50 ml oil
300 g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
1 cup blueberries (I used frozen)
20g chocolate flakes
Method of preparation:
In a bowl put the eggs, ground sugar and a pinch of salt and mix until it doubles in volume. Incorporate the oil, then the yogurt and vanilla essence. Sift the cocoa, flour and baking powder and mix for a few seconds on low speed, then incorporate lightly with a spatula. At the end, add the blueberries and mix gently until incorporated. Add the chocolate and mix the composition.
Pour the dough into muffin tins (only on ¾).
Place in a hot oven at 170 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until you pass the toothpick test.
