Recipe Cake with cream and strawberries
- Cream (inspired by Gabi )
- 175 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 175 ml fresh liquid (vegetable)
- vanilla essence
- 6 eggs
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 baking powder

A snow-white cake , with a splash of color given by the tasty strawberries (but a bit sour :))) The cake with cream and strawberries is easy to prepare, I invite you to try it too. I can only serve you virtually with one slice.
Preparation Cake with cream and strawberries:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat hard with the sugar and a pinch of salt, like meringue. Mix the yolks with the oil and essence. Pour everything over the beaten egg whites, then add the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Mix well by stirring gently, from bottom to top
The composition is divided into 2 and bake 2 sheets in a tray (20/30 cm) lined with baking paper. Bake over medium heat for about 15 minutes each. Remove to a grill and leave to cool, without overlapping them.
Soft butter at room temperature mix with sugar and vanilla essence until fluffy. Mix the whipped cream until it hardens, then incorporate it into the butter cream.
We syrup the tops with a syrup prepared from 100 ml of water, 100 g of sugar and rum essence. Put the cream on one of the tops, cover with the second top and let it cool for 1 hour.
Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries.
- Mine didn't want to, but if you like it, you can cut a few diced strawberries and incorporate them into the cream. I'm sure it will be really delicious. :))
