
* 350 g flour 650
* 100 g of graham flour
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 270 ml water
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 10 g of dry yeast
All the ingredients are put in the pan of the bread machine, first the liquids, then the flour mixed with salt, sugar and yeast. Select the kneading + leavening program.
Remove the dough and spread it on the floured table, in a 1-2 cm thick sheet, the length of the bowl in which we will bake the bread. Roll, then place in the bowl sprinkled with flour. With a kitchen scissors, make notches on the surface of the dough and let it rise again.
Bake on medium heat for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
