120 ml of warm milk
90 g melted butter
3 lightly beaten eggs
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
10 g dry yeast
500 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
40g melted butter for greasing
I put all the ingredients in order in the pan of the bread machine, at the kneading + leavening program.
After the dough has risen, turn it over on the floured table and flatten it by hand, until it forms a rectangular sheet of dough with a thickness of 1 cm.
Roll the sheet obtained lengthwise, then cut into 16 equal parts. From each piece of dough form a ball, as round as possible.
Grease a square tray well with some of the melted butter (from the 40 g) and then put the 16 balls of dough in the tray.
Grease the dough balls abundantly with melted butter, but leave some of the butter to grease even after it leavens.
Cover the tray with cling film and leave to rise for about an hour.
Grease with the remaining butter and put in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
A very good and fluffy bread!
