Fluffy and tender muffins
- 2 dogs flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- Half a cup of milk
- Half a cup of oil
- Half a cup of mineral water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Chocolate chips or grated chocolate (optional)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
The wonderful classic muffins, simple or with chocolate chips, become a pleasant sweet, easy to make at home, in the moments when you want to pamper yourself, thank your family or prepare an honorable feast for guests on a special occasion, for example. For a classic recipe for muffins, cakes or cakes, you only need a few ingredients that you usually find in the kitchen or pantry. The preparation requires some classic muffin or silicone muffins to have that beautiful muffin look.
The recipe for simple and fluffy muffins, with vanilla and cocoa essence or chocolate flakes, produces around 12 red and beautiful portions, only good to enjoy with a coffee, a cup of tea or a glass of milk or juice, -consume simple or with a topping of vanilla cream, chocolate, jam or jam or whatever sweet your heart desires.
Start preparing the muffin dough with vanilla and cocoa by mixing eggs, milk and mineral water with a whisk or mixer until well blended.

These simple and quick muffins are made quickly. Put them in the hot oven at 180 degrees, letting them bake for 20 minutes or until they brown on the surface.
After they are ready, take them out and leave them to cool on a wire rack, after a few minutes powdering them with sugar. Alternatively, put a cream of the same kind, a vanilla cream, a fondant or candied fruit over fluffy chocolate muffins, if you wish.
