Yesterday I improvised a Brownie Cheesecake recipe with what I found in my fridge… :))

  • For the countertop we need:
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g starch
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • For cream cheese we need:
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 1 or
  • 50 ml liquid cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • esenta de rom

Brownie Cheesecake Preparation:


Melt the butter together with the chocolate over low heat. Leave to cool. Whole eggs are beaten with sugar until they double in volume, salt and vanilla powder and then added to melted and cooled chocolate. At the end, add the starch and baking powder and mix well.

Cheese cream:

Mix all the ingredients until you get a fine cream cheese.

Put the dough in a tray (20/30 cm) lined with baking paper, and on top from place to place put a tablespoon of cream cheese. Then with a teaspoon we mix the 2 compositions very little.

Bake for half an hour on medium heat. Let cool, then portion.

Next to the morning coffee, it is absolutely divine.
