Bombite with oranges – a simple recipe , a delicious cake with fine cream and orange flavor
- * Rock:
- * 30 ml oil
- * 100g flour
- * 1/4 teaspoon salt
- * 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- * 3 eggs
- * 2 yolks
- * 100 g sugar
- * 50 g of honey
- * Cream:
- * 200 ml liquid cream
- * 50 g of bee honey
- * 100 ml orange juice
- * 100 g Almette cheese
- * 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- * 1 sachet of gelatin
Preparation Bombite with oranges:
Mix the flour with the salt and baking powder.
Put the eggs, yolks, sugar and honey in a bowl and beat on a sea bath until it starts to heat up. Remove the bowl and continue beating until the mixture becomes like a cream and completely cold, about 10 minutes, then gently incorporate into the dry ingredients.
Mix the oil with a few tablespoons of the dough formed and incorporate it into a thin thread in the dough, beating with a continuous mixer.
Pour the composition into a tray (25 / 35cm) lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Leave to cool in the pan.
Put the gelatin soaked in a few tablespoons of cold water. Mix the honey with the orange juice and heat a little in the microwave. Add gelatin and mix.
Mix the cheese with the vanilla sugar and then mix it with the whipped cream. After the orange juice with gelatin has cooled, we add it in a thin thread in the composition, mixing continuously. Let cool until it hardens.
We cut the top with the desired shapes, then with the ice cream portion we put a ball of cream. 🙂
Decorate according to preference.
