Brownie Truffles Cake is an absolutely divine homemade cake . A cake that can be considered as good as ice cream. :)) Definitely for those who really appreciate chocolate.
- For the first layer:
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 50 g butter
- 1 teaspoon brandy
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg tied
- For the second layer:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 150 ml sweet cream for whipped cream
- 50 g crushed walnut kernels
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 eggs husband
- 50 g sugar
Brownie Truffles Cake Preparation:
Melt the chocolate together with the butter. Add the sugar and brandy, mixing well until the sugar melts. Allow to cool, then incorporate the egg and pour the composition into the tray (20 / 30cm) lined with baking paper.
- The paper should protrude a few inches above the edges of the tray.
Heat the cream on the fire, add the chocolate, stirring until it melts, then the walnuts, vanilla and mix well. Beat eggs with sugar for 5-6 minutes at high speed of the mixer, until the composition becomes frothy. Carefully incorporate the egg composition into the chocolate one.
Carefully pour the composition into the form, without disturbing the first layer.
Place the tray in the preheated oven over medium heat for 35-40 minutes, until the surface of the cake becomes shiny and with holes.
After the cake is ready, leave it to cool completely, then put it in the freezer for 2-6 hours (preferably for one night).
Using the edges of the baking paper, take the cake out of the mold, turn it over on a straight surface, then portion it with a sharp knife into small squares.
Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
