Blackberry recipe with mascarpone
- For the countertop:
- 250 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 30 g black cocoa
- 1 baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 100 g mascarpone
- 150 g of milk candy
I like any kind of black woman ! First of all because it is very easy and the result is the expected one and secondly because it allows any combination that comes to mind. So it was with this cake, black with mascarpone, I had just made dulce de leche according toFlorin 's method and my cravings didn't give me peace :)) And because I also had the mascarpone that was urgently needed…
Preparation Negresa with mascarpone and dulce de leche:
Melt the butter partially, then mix it until it hardens again. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and mix until you get a fluffy cream. Then add the eggs, one by one, mixing well after each and the flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder.
Mix the mascarpone, then add dulce de leche and mix. You can put more dulce de leche, depending on how sweet you want.
We pour the cocoa composition in a tray (25/35 cm) lined with baking paper. Then put a tablespoon of the composition with mascarpone, from place to place. We easily mix the 2 compositions.
Put the pan in the oven over medium heat for about half an hour. When the countertop is ready, it will become shiny and crack on the surface. Leave to cool in the pan, then portion as desired.
