* 3 potatoes
* 50 g telemea
* 50 g cheese
* 50 g butter
* 1 or
* 1 tablespoon dried parsley
* salt and pepper
* 2 tablespoons sesame
* 50 g breadcrumbs
We boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water.
After they have boiled, we clean them and pass them. Add butter, telemeau and grated cheese,
egg and parsley.
We match the taste of salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl mix the sesame with the breadcrumbs, in which we will roll the Bulgarian potatoes, formed with wet hands.
We place them in a tray lined with baking paper
and put in the oven, over medium heat, until slightly browned on top.
