There is nothing out of the ordinary with these stuffed buns . It is a simple recipe that you can prepare for breakfast or dinner. Whatever option you choose, you will definitely eat good and consistent 😉
- 4 digits
- 500 g Champignon mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 onion
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tablespoon starch
- a few cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation Buns stuffed with mushrooms:
The cleaned and washed mushrooms are boiled in water with salt, pepper and lemon juice. When they are cooked, put them in a strainer, to drain the water well.
Finely chopped onion, lightly fry in a few tablespoons of olive oil. Add the mushrooms whole or cut into pieces and heat them lightly.
Mix the cream with the starch and crushed garlic and pour over the mushrooms. Homogenize and boil a few more until the sauce thickens and "holds" well to the mushrooms.
Cut a lid on the buns, then dig out the core. Then fill with the previously prepared mushrooms and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Put the buns in a pan and put them in the oven (I put them under the grill) until the Parmesan cheese melts and browns slightly.
Good appetite! 😉
