Because it is hot and I know that you avoid the oven as much as you can, I propose today a burnt sugar cream that does not require baking, but only boiling.
Like the classic version , boiled burnt sugar cream is extremely tasty served cold from the fridge.
- 500 ml of milk
- 3 eggs husband
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons caramel sugar
- 1 tablespoon flavored sugar with lemon
Preparation Burnt sugar cream – without baking:
Beat eggs with sugar and flavored sugar until white and creamy. Then add the milk, stirring constantly.
Melt the sugar. Keep on the fire until it becomes liquid and has the color of amber. The caramel obtained is poured into small heat-resistant dishes. Let cool, then pour the milk mixture with eggs.
Place the dishes in a saucepan and pour cold water up to 3/4 of their height. Cover the pan with a lid and bring to a boil over low heat.

Leave to cool, then put in the fridge for a few hours!
