buttermilk pancakes for two recipe

I don't like to bake pancakes. 😀 I think I said somewhere else the reason: they are too hard when you sit next to them to guard them and too fast if you find something else to do while you bake them. :))) But sometimes I give in to requests and depending on the ingredients available I make simple pancakes (so at home mom 😉) or fluffy.

They can be served with various fillings, but I tell you that served with blueberry jam are excellent! 😉

  • 500 g yogurt / whipped milk
  • 1 or
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 100 ml of warm milk
  • 2 dogs flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

Put the yogurt in a bowl with the egg. Mix until smooth. Add sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Then add flour mixed with baking powder and mix well. We will get a consistent composition that we will then thin with warm milk. We will get a composition like a thinner cream.

Depending on the flour used and the yogurt (whether or not it has a lot of whey), the amount of milk will be adjusted.

Put 1 tablespoon of dough in the pan well heated and greased with a little oil. When air bubbles appear on the surface, they return to the other side with the help of a paddle.

Good appetite!
