Cake Pudding Recipe
Before the children got sick, I made a chocolate cake. They like to pop it after dinner, for dessert, or in the evening before bed with a glass of warm milk. They didn’t have time to eat it, so it stayed and dried. Since I didn’t want to throw it away, I turned it into a delicious dessert, cake pudding.
The cake can be replaced with sliced white bread, taking care to add some chocolate on top :)) and to match the sweet taste. You may as well keep the idea for after the holidays, as Easter is the only culprit, and you will surely have some cake left uneaten. 😀
cake pudding chocolate or vanilla swirl calories
- ~ 500 g cozonac
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 500-600 ml milk
- vanilla essence
Preparation Cake pudding:
The cake is sliced and placed in a heat-resistant dish greased with butter.
The eggs are mixed with the sugar until they turn white and become like a cream. Pour the milk and mix well. It is flavored with vanilla essence to taste.
Pour this mixture over the slices of cake, taking care that they are well soaked. Put the dish in the oven over medium heat, until the pudding is lightly browned on top.
Serve with whipped cream or jam. Yes, a chocolate ice cream is getting better! :))))
