Have you noticed that lately chocolate cakes have been missing or only the chocolate maker in me warns me that I have made a lot of cheese cake recipes ? :))) But how can you resist a fluffy and fragrant countertop, with fine and creamy cheese? And where else can you say that it is also a quick cake with few ingredients…
- 2 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 9 tablespoons oil
- 9 tablespoons milk
- 12 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 1 baking powder
- Cheese cream:
- 300 g of cottage cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 1 or
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- orange peel
Preparation Cake with cottage cheese:
Eggs are mixed with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and mix until the composition becomes like a cream and triples in volume. Then add the oil and mix well. Flour mixed with baking powder is gradually incorporated into the composition, alternating with milk. Put 4 tablespoons of flour, then 3 tablespoons of milk… and so on until finished.
We will get a composition about like a thicker cream, per acre we will pour it in the tray (25/35 cm) lined with baking paper.
Put the cottage cheese in a bowl together with the rest of the ingredients and mix it with the vertical blender until you get a fine cream cheese.
- Taste it! If you think you need more sugar, add as much as you want.
We put it in the tray over the top composition, then with a spoon or spatula we gently mix the 2 compositions, forming spirals in the tray.
Put the pan in the oven over medium heat for about half an hour, until the cake is lightly browned.
Leave to cool in the pan, then portion as desired.
