  • For the dough:
  • 350 g of cottage cheese
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 200 g of cottage cheese
  • 150 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs

Preparation Cheesecake:

In a bowl, mix the cheese with the sugar, vanilla sugar and rum essence. Add milk and oil and mix. At the end, incorporate the flour mixed with the baking powder and knead a little, until you get a non-sticky dough.

We spread the obtained dough in a tray (25/35 cm) greased with oil and lined with flour. At the beginning we spread it well by hand, then we level it with the help of a glass, we press well with its bottom, passed as many times as needed through the flour.

For the filling:

We put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well with the vertical blender, until we obtain a fine and liquid composition, which we pour into the tray over the dough.

Bake over medium heat until the cake begins to brown on top.

In the oven we will put a bowl or tray with water, to create the sauna effect.

Leave to cool in the pan then portion.
