cake with milk and biscuits

After a long search I managed to "get my hands on" :)) on a box of condensed milk. I was so happy that I wore it like a price trophy. :)) Being so valuable I wanted to make a cake recipe in which to feel the intense taste of milk. So I opted for this, being inspired by Natalia .

It is a cake from the "easy to prepare" category

  • 400 g condensed milk
  • 350 ml evaporated milk
  • 100 ml of milk
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • ~ 250 g good quality biscuits

If you do not have or do not find evaporated milk, you can replace it with liquid cream.

In a bowl mix all 3 kinds of milk. Then pour the lemon juice, stirring constantly. As you stir you will see that it will start to thicken, but the consistency will be liquid.

In a glass / ceramic bowl we put a layer of biscuits, then a layer of cream.

Alternate the layers of biscuits and cream until done. The last layer will be the cream.

Refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight, then portion and powder with plenty of cocoa.

We were so impatient that we had to cut it much faster than it should have and it came out a bit plump, :)) without distinct layers, like Natalia's, but the taste is exceptional.
