* 4 large potatoes
* 1 carrot
* 1 green sea
* 1 piece of celery
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 cloves garlic
* 100 g chicken ham
* 50 g telemea
* 100 g sour cream
* salt and pepper
Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water. After they have boiled, we peel them and cut them into cubes.
Carrot the carrot, celery, peeled apple and garlic on a small grater.
We cut the chicken ham and cheese into small cubes.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the cream on top and mix, stirring gently.
It is served plain or as a side dish.
