The recipe is for Raffaello candies.
* 250 g milk powder
* 100 g old powder
* 50 g coconut
* 100 g butter
* 1 tablespoon fresh liquid
* 50 g dark chocolate
Mix the powdered milk with the powdered sugar, the coconut, the soft butter and at the end the liquid cream.
If the composition is too viscous, you can add 1 tablespoon of whipped cream.
Melt the dark chocolate, in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
The shapes in which we will make the candies (in my case candy papers and a candy holder from a box of Milka candies. :))) are brushed several times with melted chocolate. After each brushing, put the forms in the freezer for a few minutes.
After finishing this operation, we fill the forms with the coconut composition and put it back in the freezer until it is completely hardened.
Although I had help painting the papers :))
at one point I got bored and modeled balls from the composition, which I then rolled through coconut.
