Dear friends, here we come to the second part of the "Inspiration Food Marathon" challenge launched by Electrolux.
If at the first stage it was very easy to make a decision in what I will prepare, now I kind of thought. For the "Italian Pasta" stage, I would have really liked to use the pasta machine to prepare some homemade pasta, but as I was pressed for some chores and as the people in charge of the "crank" :))) were not at home , I used purchased pasta.
It's not a complicated recipe and that's why I know that you will like it and you will support me again with likes and , as you did in the Bohemian cake recipe. 😉 You have been up and thank you for that!
- 12 cannelloni tubes
- ~ 300 g turkey breast
- 3 small mushrooms
- 2 sprigs of green onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 or
- green parsley
- salt and pepper
- Cheese sauce:
- ~ 50 g flavored butter (green basil and lemon)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 300 ml milk
- 150 g cream cheese with greens
- 100 g fresh mozzarella
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
We cut the diced turkey breast on the robot together with the rest of the ingredients, until we obtain a consistent paste.
With this paste we fill the cannelloni tubes.
To make this operation easier, put the filling in a posh or in a thicker bag that you cut at one corner. You will see how fast it goes and without too much "scribble". :))
Melt the butter over low heat. Add flour and mix. Pour slowly, little by little, the cold milk and mix until the composition is homogenous. Put the pot on the fire again and cook until the composition begins to thicken. If it has thickened too much, add a little more milk. Add the cream cheese and mozzarella and stirring constantly, keep it on the fire until the mozzarella melts and we have a homogeneous composition.
Put the cannelloni tubes in a heat-resistant dish, pour the cheese sauce on top and put in the oven over medium heat, for about 40-50 minutes, until lightly browned.
