Today I have for you, dear friends, a great recipe for Flan with caramel and cinnamon, sugar-free recipe.
I think the biggest challenge, when sugar is not an allowed option at all, is to be able to prepare a favorite dessert in the optimal version for the chosen diet.

Instead of the traditional beet sugar caramel, I used Green Sugar Gold which behaved very nicely and gave a pleasant caramel aroma to the dessert.
When you say burnt sugar cream, you automatically think of the large amount of sugar that this dessert contains. I prepared this “burnt sugar cream” without sugar :))
The recipe itself is very simple, but the fact that I was able to make a dessert with a high dietary sugar intake, brought a big smile on my face.

This flan with caramel and cinnamon, sugar-free recipe is very easy to prepare.
Prepare 2 round shapes for baking (so heat resistant).
In a saucepan, put 3 lbs of Green Sugar Gold and a small cube of butter. Put it on the fire, leave it until the whole sweetener melts.
Here you have to work quickly, just like the usual recipe. Quickly line the walls of the baking tins with hot liquid, then set aside.
Start the oven at 160 degrees C.
In a bowl, mix eggs with a pinch of salt and sweetener. Add the milk and mix well. This composition is transferred to the shapes covered with caramel. Place in a tray, pour 500 ml of water.
Put the tray in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes, until the cream is nicely browned.
Once cooked, leave to cool, only then store in the cold until the next day.
At the time of serving, powder with a little hot chocolate with cinnamon.
It is absolutely delicious, fragrant, fragrant, creamy, but above all…. dietetics!
