* For waffles:
* 2 eggs
* 100 g sugar
* 150 g yogurt
* 50 ml milk
* 3 tablespoons melted butter
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* as much flour as it contains, to make a dough a little thicker than that of pancakes
Mix the eggs with a pinch of salt until they double in volume. Add the sugar, then the other ingredients. We will get a dough a little thicker than the pancakes.
Put a pinch of dough in the special waffle maker and bake each "sheet" for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
* For the caramel sauce:
* 1 large apple
* 50 g butter
* 1 glass of sugar
* 1/2 glass (same) whipped cream
Peel an apple and cut it into cubes.
The sugar is caramelized over low heat, stirring constantly. When it is ready, add the butter and mix until it melts, then add the whipped cream. Put the diced apples, stirring gently.
Boil a little longer, until the sauce starts to thicken, then leave to cool.
The caramel apples are distributed between the waffle sheets and served immediately with ice cream.
They are very good. If you do them, you will be right. 😉
