Caramel Cheesecake Recipe

- * 350 g biscuits
- * 100 g butter
- * 2 tablespoons cocoa
- * For the filling:
- * 500 g of cottage cheese
- * 250 ml liquid cream
- * 150 g caramelized sugar
- * 2 eggs
- * 1 tablespoon starch
How to prepare Caramel Cheesecake:
The biscuits are put on the robot and finely ground. Add melted butter and cocoa and mix. The obtained composition is spread evenly in a detachable tray (26 cm in diameter). Press the layer of biscuits very well with a spoon or with the bottom of a glass.
We put the caramelized sugar in a bag and grind it with the help of a sledgehammer. Then grind finely.
The cottage cheese is mixed with liquid cream and caramelized sugar. Add eggs and starch and mix. Pour the composition obtained over the biscuit crust and put it in the oven over low heat, until it starts to brown, about 45 minutes.
Leave to cool in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Decorate according to preference.
