Pudding is a very easy dessert to make. You can make different combinations, according to everyone's preference. In any variant, you will get a delicious dessert without E-s. 🙂
Even though it's an easy dessert to make, I've never made it before. I needed Maya 's stunning pictures to decide to do it. :)))
- 400 ml of milk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 25 g starch
Preparation Caramel pudding:
The sugar caramelizes until golden. Or brown, if you like the more intense caramel taste. But be careful not to burn it too hard, because it will become bitter.
Heat the milk and pour over the caramelized sugar, then simmer until the caramel dissolves.
We "dissolve" the starch with a little caramel milk, then we pour it into the milk and caramel bowl. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Allow to cool slightly, pour into cups and leave to cool.
