* 2 pears
* 50 g sugar
* 50 g butter
* the juice of a lemon
The pears are peeled
and cut into 3. Remove the stalks. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a pan, melt the butter together with the sugar. Add the pears, along with the juice and let them boil over low heat. Sprinkle with cinnamon. With a spatula we turn them on both sides, from time to time, until the sauce decreases and begins to caramelize.
I served them with a portion of cocoa and whipped cream waffles .
