  • dried basil
  • lemon juice
  • garlic
Method of preparation:
We wash the fish, drain it, add salt and lemon juice /
In the bowl of the Crock-Pot we put canned mixed tomatoes, pepper paste and fish pieces.
We turn on the device on High for 2 hours.
15 minutes before add the basil, pepper and salt if needed.
Put the finely chopped garlic before turning off the appliance.
Serve the fish with natural potatoes or polenta.
