Carp recipe with tomato sauce, Baked fish recipe
- 1 carp trunk
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon basil flavored oil
- 1 link green onion
- 1 link green garlic
- 1 canned tomatoes in their own juice
- 1 bell pepper
- salt and peppercorns
- hot pepper flakes
Besides the version of baked fish that I make whenever I have the opportunity, this is a version of carp with tomato sauce that I like just as much. If the dwarves would allow me (or rather, their tastes :)))) I would try other recipes with fish, but for now I'm satisfied with the small steps I take. :))) Until recently they only accepted fried fish… 🙂
How to prepare Carp with tomato sauce:
The carp is cut into suitable pieces. Season to taste with salt, pepper and thyme. Sprinkle the carp pieces with oil and refrigerate for about half an hour, then fry on the grill on both sides. Remove to a plate and keep warm.
Bake the bell pepper on the grill.
Chopped onion and garlic (you can cut into larger pieces) lightly fry in a little olive oil. Add the finely chopped pepper, then pour the tomatoes and juice on top and mix well. Season to taste with salt, hot pepper flakes and peppercorns. Boil the sauce until it reaches the desired consistency.
Serve the fish with the hot sauce and polenta.
