My girls are the biggest fans of cream soups. They are easy to make and easy to eat. I invite you to try this combination too because it is delicious.
Ingredients:
1 large onion
1 zucchini
4 potatoes
1 parsley root
1 parsnip
1 slice of celery
½ cauliflower
3 cloves of garlic
salt
pepper
100 g cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
Method of preparation:
Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Zucchini, garlic, celery, parsley and parsnip are cut into slices and the potatoes are cut into cubes. Put the vegetables in the pot and add enough water to cover them.

Add a teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil over medium heat. After 10-15 minutes, add the cauliflower bunches. When the vegetables are cooked, mix well. Add cream and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

The soup is served with croutons or toast.
