- 1 little cauliflower
- 150 gr kaizer
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 ardei kapia
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 yolks
- 150 gr sour cream
- dried marjoram
- green parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
Method of preparation:
We clean and wash the vegetables.
Cut the onion, carrot and pepper into cubes.
We take the bunches of cauliflower off the back, wash them and drain them.
We cut the kaizer into small pieces.
Put the oil in a pot and brown the kaiser.
When it is almost ready, put the carrot, onion and pepper and leave with the lid on low heat.
Stir gently from time to time until the vegetables are soft.
Extinguish with water, about 1 l and let it boil for 15 minutes. Add the cauliflower and simmer until the cauliflower is soft.
Add salt, pepper, marjoram.
Beat the yolks with the yolks in a bowl and pour the hot juice, stirring constantly.
Pour the contents of the bowl into the soup bowl and leave until the first boil.
Turn off the heat and add the finely chopped parsley and garlic.
Serve hot soup with extra sour cream and hot peppers.
