* 100 g cornflakes
* 60 g dried apricots
* 50 g dark chocolate
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 50 g butter
Melt the honey together with the sugar over low heat. When it starts to boil, add the butter and stir continuously, until it starts to thicken. Add the chocolate and continue to mix until it melts.
Let cool then add the cornflakes and finely chopped apricots.
Homogenize, then spread the composition obtained on baking paper. Refrigerate until hardened, then portioned.
A delicious snack!
Bitter chocolate can be replaced with any kind of chocolate, and in addition to apricots you can also add finely chopped nuts and / or seed kernels.
