We already know that we like cheese pie. Especially Robert, yes! :)) If until now I made various sweet recipes, now I also tried the salty version, flavored with dill, because I was so curious about this pie. :))
Initially I wanted to make it in the form of rolls, but as the pie sheets were (a bit) wrapped in the package (deh! This is the company that respects itself! :)))) I did it with stretched sheets.
- 1 packet of pie sheets
- ~ 100 ml oil for spreading sheets
- 100 g telemea
- 400 g of cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2-3 tablespoons sour cream
- salt and pepper
- green dill
- For anointed:
- 1 or
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the crushed telemeau with a fork, eggs and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste, and finally add chopped green dill.
The pie sheets thawed at room temperature are divided into 2. Each sheet is greased with oil and placed in a tray (25/35 cm). After we have finished with the first part of the sheets, we put the cheese composition with dill and cover with the second part of the sheets, also greased with oil.
Beat the egg well with a pinch of salt. Add sour cream and mix. The "sauce" obtained was poured evenly over the pie.
Put the pan in the oven over medium heat for about 40-45 minutes, until the pie is browned. Leave to cool in the pan, then portion as desired.
