Cheese roll with smoked salmon is an appetizer I had on the holiday table. It's very easy to make and very good, said those who ate. The pictures are not great, but precisely because this roll was so praised, I thought I would share it with you, until I do it again. 🙂
- 300 g cheese
- 200 g smoked salmon fillet
Preparation Cheese roll with smoked salmon:
We put a pot of water to boil. When it boils, turn off the heat and put the cheese block that we wrapped in food foil. We leave it in the water for about a quarter of an hour, during which time it will soften.
Remove from the water, put on another piece of cling film and spread lightly with a rolling pin until you get a sheet about 0.5 cm thick. Cover the entire surface of the cheese sheet with the slices of smoked salmon, then roll as tight as possible. Wrap in foil and refrigerate until hardened, then portioned.
