Chicken and sour cream tart

This kind of tart is one of my favorites in terms of recipes suitable for lunch. It is easy to make, does not require much work, and children eat with pleasure. It can be served hot, but also cold.

Chicken and sour cream tart

For the dough:

250 g cottage cheese
6 tablespoons milk
6 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
300 g flour
1 baking powder

Mix cheese, milk, oil and salt in a bowl. Incorporate the flour mixed with the baking powder into the cheese paste and knead a little, as long as the dough does not stick to your hands.

Divide the dough into 3 parts, put one part aside, and spread the 2 parts in a removable tray (20/20 cm) greased with a little oil and lined with flour. The dough will rise a little on the edges of the tray, forming a border.

For the filling:

2 whole chicken legs
200 g sour cream
2 eggs
100 g cheese
4 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
dehydrated dill
coriander berries
green peppercorns
ienibahar boabe

We boil the thighs in water with a little salt and spices: coriander, allspice and green pepper. After they have boiled well, take them out on a plate, let them cool a little, then debone them and cut the meat into pieces by hand.

In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the eggs and the grated cheese on a large grater. Add crushed garlic, salt, pepper and dill to taste. We also put the pieces of meat and homogenize.

Pour the composition over the dough in the pan. We spread the remaining dough with the rolling pin and cut strips that we will put on top of the tart. For variety we can also make some popcorn. 🙂

Put the pan in the oven over medium heat until lightly browned on top. Allow to cool then portion.
