Today I propose a recipe with chicken breast in onion and tomato sauce , very easy to prepare. Good and fragrant, it goes great with a steaming polenta or some pasta, if you are not friends with Malay 🙂
- 1 chicken breast
- 3 onions suitable in size
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- little oregano
- green parsley
Preparation Chicken breast in onion and tomato sauce:
Finely chopped onion, put in a pan with a little olive oil and cook lightly. Then add the diced peppers and the chicken breast cut according to preference, into strips or cubes. Stir continuously until the meat is white, then add the tomatoes. Add a little water to cover the meat and cook over low heat.
Sprinkle a little oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Let it boil until the juice decreases and reaches the consistency we like. We grind the garlic, mix it with the finely chopped green parsley and add it to the food at the end. Homogenize, let it boil for another 2 times and turn off the heat.
