* 1 chicken breast
* 2 eggs
* 3 cloves of garlic
* 1 onion

* For the filling
* 100 g cheese
* 50 g telemea
* peppercorns for decoration
The meat is minced together with onions, garlic, eggs, herbs and spices.
On a well-greased aluminum foil, spread the minced meat composition in a suitable thick layer.


Sprinkle with grated telemea and cheese and sprinkle with parsley.


Using the foil, roll the composition, then put it in a tray (cake) greased with oil. Sprinkle with peppercorns. Bake over medium heat until golden brown.
