The other day I was invited by the Diva Hair team to participate in the contest Various recipes for various diets .
Initially I was discouraged by the word "diet" :)) it almost did not match the name of the blog. :)) But my friend Minodora encouraged me to participate, she also helped me choose the diet I would recommend, namely the Atkins diet . It is an easy diet to adopt, which in addition to helping to lose weight, also improves health.
The foods allowed in this diet are:
- Fish (tuna, salmon, sardines)
- Meat (poultry or beef)
- Sea fruits
- The vegetables
The use of artificial sweeteners is also recommended to consume at least 8 glasses of water a day to prevent constipation and eliminate toxins from burning fat.
For this contest I chose to prepare a recipe that is easy to prepare, consistent and full of flavor. I hope you like it and be with me this time as well and vote in large numbers. :))
1 chicken breast
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried larch
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 bunches of lettuce
1/2 bell pepper
2 green onions
juice of 1/2 lemon
We mix all the spices with salt and pepper. The chicken breast is sliced, then sprinkled with the spice mixture. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
After this interval, the meat slices are grilled.
In a bowl, mix the salad, broken by hand, with the tomato and sliced cucumber, the julienne pepper and the onion cut into small pieces, also with the green part. Add the chicken breast cut into pieces. Add salt as desired, sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice.
