For one person… for me I mean… :)))
* 1 piece of chicken breast, about 100 g
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 medium onion
* 2 cloves garlic
* 1 teaspoon of honey
* grated peel and juice of 1/2 lemon
* grated peel and juice from 1/2 orange
* salt and peppercorns
* 100 g of rice
Finely chop the scallions in a pan in butter, along with the chopped garlic, until soft. It should not brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Put the chicken breast and fry lightly on both sides.
Citrus juices are mixed with honey and grated peel. Homogenize and pour into the pan over the meat. Add the onion set aside and salt and pepper to taste. Boil for a few more minutes, stirring constantly.
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package, in water with a little salt.
