Chicken breast with gorgonzola cream sauce

Although it may sound like a sophisticated dish, it's not like that at all! In addition it is made so fast, it is so good, perfect to be prepared when you do not have much time. We served it with some parmesan rice, but you can also opt for other garnishes. I used sweet gorgozola, but it is also the chopped version, if you like spicy foods.

Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 150 gr gorgonzola
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
Method of preparation:
Wash the chicken breast and wipe it with some napkins.
Cut each half of the breast into two or three slices, depending on how thick it is.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika and a little garlic powder.
Let the chicken in spices for about 10 minutes.
Grease a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of oil and heat it.
Add the chicken pieces, brown them on both sides, over a suitable heat, then take them out on a plate.

In another pan (pan) put the sour cream and gorgonzola cut into pieces.
Put the pan on the fire, but the fire should be reduced.
Mix with a spatula and when the gorgonzola is melted, add the parmesan.
Fry in sauce, then add the chicken pieces.

Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes on low heat.
When ready, pull the pan aside.
Serve hot!
