
* 1 chicken breast
* 1 teaspoon peppercorns
* 1 bay leaf
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* For the walnut sauce :
* 100 g nut
* patrunjel
* 1/2 onion
* 1 slice of black bread
* 1 clove of garlic
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
The chicken breast is boiled in salted water, peppercorns and bay leaf.
After it has boiled, we strain the soup, and we break the meat into strips.
Put 2 tablespoons of soup over the slice of bread to soften.
Put in a blender the walnuts, parsley, onion, sliced bread and garlic clove. Mix very well and add about 1/2 cup of soup, until you get a homogeneous composition, not very soft.
We mix the olive oil with the paprika and incorporate it in the walnut sauce.


Add the meat sprinkled with lemon juice.
Serve with toast or flavored piadinas.
