We cut the chicken breast into narrow strips, which we season with paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
We grind the sticks as finely as we like. I beat them with a hammer. :))
We beat the eggs well. We give each strip of meat through the egg and then through the ground sticks.
Fry in hot oil on both sides.
