An appetizer that will look good on any plate of appetizers. It is very easy to make and can be eaten by less capricious children. :))
* 1 chicken
* 30 g gelatin
* salt and peppercorns
* 1 bay leaf
* 5-6 cloves garlic
* 1 carton (empty) of natural juice
The well-washed and portioned meat is put in a medium-sized pan and sprinkled with gelatin, salt and pepper. Add the bay leaf.
In a larger pan, half with water, put the pan with meat. Put on the fire, bring the water from the large pot to the boil, then turn the heat to low and let the meat boil in its own juice, under the lid, somewhere around 3 hours. All this time we turn the meat from side to side a few times.
We take the meat out on a plate and let it cool very well, then we choose it from the bones and put the skin aside.
Grind the garlic and add it to the meat juice, leave it for a few minutes, then strain all the juice.
For the final phase of the recipe, you should have a cardboard box of natural juice, from the round one. Since we don't drink commercial juice, we didn't have it, so we put it in a square box of milk.
So, in the box cut at one end, put the meat removed from the bones and broken into pieces by hand. Pour the juice on top, stir a little enough to set the meat very well and cover with cling film. Let cool until the next day, when the liquid has set very well.
Cut the cardboard box with scissors, take out the drum on a plate and slice as desired.
