* 4 skinless chicken legs
* 3 medium potatoes
* 1 or
* 50 g cheese
* 50 g butter
* salt and pepper
Season the thighs to taste with salt, pepper and paprika
We boil the potatoes in salted water. After they have boiled, we break them as for the puree, we add the butter, the grated cheese on the grater with small eyes, the egg and the nutmeg. We match the taste of salt.
We wrap the thighs in this composition and put them in a tray greased with a little oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
and put in the oven until browned on top.
