It is very rare to post on the weekends, but today I stayed longer at home, because I made cherry jam . Daaa… I'm very proud of myself :))) but next year I don't do it anymore. :))) So during a break to remove seeds (ufff, what hard work! :))) I'm posting another recipe , maybe I'll give you an idea for tomorrow's lunch… chicken legs with potatoes and mustard sauce
- 4 chicken legs
- 4 medium potatoes
- salt and pepper
- chilli iute
- For mustard sauce:
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Preparation Chicken legs with potatoes and mustard sauce:
Grind the garlic with a little salt, then add the oil. Mix lightly like mayonnaise. Then add the mustard and thyme.
Peeled potatoes are cut into appropriate thick slices that we place in a heat-resistant dish greased with a little oil. Place the chicken legs on top, then pour the mustard sauce on top, as evenly as possible.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil (or lid) and bake on medium heat for about 40 minutes. Near the end, 10-15 minutes before, we discover the dish and let the meat brown nicely.
