Recently I was invited by Delimano to test the Dry Cooker Ceramica pan and to share this experience with you.

I already had a ceramic pan for about a month, which I used successfully and with very good results. Planning to buy a ceramic grill, the Delimano team's proposal fell flat.

So far I have tested it a few times and I can say that I liked it.

With the help of this pan we can cook without fat, preparing food with the help of hot air circulating through the holes in the central part of it, all the ingredients keeping their vitamins and minerals. It is perfect for those who are in a time crisis and do not have much time to cook. The ingredients are placed in the pan and without mixing or turning from side to side at a certain time, the food is ready faster than in the case of a normal pan. In addition, due to the non-stick coating, the food does not stick, making it very easy to clean, and all the flavors and juice of the food remain in the pan.

Vegetables cooked in the Dry Cooker Ceramica pan will retain their natural color, retaining most of their vitamins and minerals.

Without any fat I made this chicken steak with vegetable garnish. Both at the same time. What more could you want when you are in speed? Place the meat and vegetables in the pan, season with salt, pepper, a little chilli and herbs from Provence and put the pan covered with the glass lid and in about half an hour the meal is ready.

In the same pan I also prepared chicken pastrami, pastrami that I had prepared until now in the oven. With the Dry Cooker pan it comes out exactly the same, only it is ready faster.

The pork will be brown and juicy… I used pork neck, seasoned with salt and pepper with lemon, then left in the fridge for 30 minutes. On top of each piece of meat I put a little olive oil, I covered with a lid. After 10-15 minutes I turned the meat on the other side. I served it with polenta and crushed goat's milk, and the garlic sauce completed the taste of this food.

I still plan to make pizza in this pan, according to Gabi 's idea , I think it will turn out very good.
