* 4 cups
* 4 wings
* 150 g fat yogurt
* 1 orange
* 3-4 cloves of garlic
* salt and pepper
The yogurt is mixed with the squeezed orange juice. Add the crushed garlic and the rest of the ingredients.
Pour this mixture over the meat so that they are well covered.
Cover the bowl with cling film and let it cool for a few hours.
The meat thus marinated is fried on the grill, over low heat, on both sides.
Serve with your favorite garnish. We had two kezberas . 🙂
