- 250 g Chinese noodles
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 broccoli
- 1 red onion
- 5 mushrooms
- 1 bunch of green onions or 1 leek
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic

For starters, you need to prepare the meat. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices, then fry it in a pan with a little oil and salt. Leave it on medium heat, until it browns, about 5-7 minutes, then add the very thin sliced carrot over it. Then let it cook for 3-4 minutes, then add the diced peppers, the red onion cut into scales, the chopped mushrooms into strips and the broccoli into small bunches.
All these ingredients that you now have in the pan, must be left on the fire until they harden (about 5-7 minutes). Next, to continue this recipe for Chinese chicken with vegetables, more precisely noodles with vegetables and chicken, you must add one by one the following ingredients: soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, pepper or other spices. You can make vegetables in a wok or you can use any pan you have.
