3 halves boneless chicken breast
2 bay leaves
3-4 juniper berries
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
Method of preparation:
Wash the chicken breast, wipe it and marinate it in the mixture of water, salt, peppercorns, allspice and bay leaves for 24 hours.
After this time, we take it out, wash it, wipe it again and put it to cool in the mixture of sugar, soy sauce, pepper and paprika, for 12 hours.
After marinating, take out the pieces of breast, tie them tightly with kitchen thread and place them in the tray on baking paper.
Bake on low heat for half an hour covered with aluminum foil and another hour without foil.
From time to time we grease the chicken pieces with the sauce from the tray.
When it is ready, let it cool completely and can be served as an aperitif or even in a package.
