We chop half of the chicken breast together with carrots, garlic, egg, salt, pepper and basil.
We slice the other half, and we beat each slice with the sledgehammer. Salt and pepper to taste.
We distribute the minced meat composition on the breast slices,
we uniform, then we run.
Put the rolls obtained in a yena bowl, sprinkle with a few tablespoons of oil, sprinkle with thyme.
Add 1/2 glass of water and bake until golden brown.
