* Kotanyi mill "Italian Greens"
The chicken breast is sliced. Each piece of meat is placed between 2 food foils and lightly beat with a hammer. Season to taste with "Italian greens". The mixture also contains salt, there is no need to add additional salt. That was the hardest operation, because I needed help. :))))
Sprinkle as many olives as you want on each piece of meat, then roll as tightly as possible.
We wrap the rolls in thin slices of bacon and put them in a heat-resistant bowl in which we poured 1/2 glass of water. Bake over medium heat until browned and the fat on the bacon melts.
Serve hot with a garnish of mashed potatoes at home. 🙂
